Exam objectives

  1. 1. Grafana platform setup
    • Install and access Grafana securely in the lab environment
    • Configure organizations, users, and folders for the scenario
    • Verify service health and basic API or UI operations
  2. 2. Data sources and queries
    • Connect metrics or log data sources required by the blueprint
    • Author queries that surface the signals requested in each task
    • Troubleshoot connectivity or query errors using logs and UI feedback
  3. 3. Dashboards and visualization
    • Build panels and dashboards that answer operational questions in the scenario
    • Apply variables, units, and thresholds appropriate to the workload
    • Export or reproduce dashboard definitions when asked
  4. 4. Alerting and operations
    • Configure alert rules and contact points for defined conditions
    • Validate alert state transitions using provided test signals
    • Perform day-two fixes for broken dashboards or notification paths
